After a leisurely walk of just 5 minutes you reach the historical heart of the city of Partenkirchen – you can either walk along the sunny “Hölzlweg” (the “Meran of Partenkirchen”) or choose the path through the shady woods on the foot of the mountain “Wank”, along a refreshing mountain brook – all this you find right in front of your doorstep!

Would you like to have a panoramic view of the surroundings? Or walk on a nature trail? The inspiring “Philosophenweg” (walk of the philosophers) across the public park of St. Anton starts right in front of the holiday flat and will give you time to ponder; or you can take the “Atemwegs-Lehrpfad” (a nature trail dealing with the respiratory tract) up to the rococo pilgrimage church of St. Anton (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) – with views over our town, scene of the Olympic games, right up till Austria.



Having taken this relaxing walk, you are already half way up the mountain “Wank” (1780 m) to Alpine huts like the “Eckenhütte”, the “Gamshütte “, the “Gschwandtner Bauer” or the “Esterbergalm”.

If you are planning bicycle tours, our four-star holiday flat is ideal: well-marked cycle paths will guide you to the “Murnauer Moor” (the biggest moor in Central Europe) , around the lake “Staffelsee” (Gabriele Münterhaus), or along the banks of the river “Loisach”.



There is also a town bus free of charge which leaves only 150 metres from your doorstep – it takes you to the skiing resort, the various hiking resorts, miniature golf court, indoor swimming pools, various idyllic lakes for swimming, to the centre of Garmisch Partenkirchen or to the train station.

Your four-star holiday flat is situated not only in a very central, but also in a very quiet part of the town, far away from the noise and the busy life.



On the first floor of a house with three parties (the owners live on the ground floor), you can enjoy your holidays in a fully refurbished holiday flat of the highest standard.

The light and welcoming living room contains all the modern electronic equipment you need, including a DVD-player for comfortable evenings at home. There is internet connection in all rooms. The living room also goes out onto the vast balcony facing to the south and the west.





The modern kitchen contains a freezer, a microwave and an extractor hood amongst other modern equipment.

Two sleeping rooms (two single beds and one double bed) are furnished with untreated wooden furniture and health-conscious mattresses to ensure a relaxing and comfortable sleep.

The bigger sleeping room opens out onto the 16-metre balcony which contains deck chairs for relaxing, gives you the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains “Wank”, “Wetterstein”, “Kreuzeck”, “Alpspitze”, “Zugspitzmassiv”, “Waxensteine “ and “Kramer” and ensures sun all day round. You can also have your breakfast outside on the balcony - there is a table which provides room for four persons.





Next to the bathroom equipped with a bath tub, a double-basin and big cupboards with lots of space the flat also consists of a separate toilet as well as wardrobe, a lockable storage room for the bikes and a parking space in the courtyard. The flat is a non-smoking flat.
